Company Policy

Please be aware that we do not knowingly groom dogs for shows.
Owners cannot stay with their pets whilst they are being groomed.
Please do not feed your pet for at least 4 hours before it's appointment.
Make sure your dog has done it's ablutions before arriving at the Parlour.
For all missed appointments there will be a £5 charge to cover administration costs
Less than 24hours notice of cancellation will also incur a £5 cancellation charge unless the vacancy is filled.
